Set against the backdrop of Covid 19, workloads have increased as staff size shrinks. With an introduction to Brian Tracy’s ‘Get more done in less time’ technique and exercises from the ‘Clean Language technique’, participants will learn a creative way to organise themselves and useful tips for our current times.
