My story: coaching for career confidence, creativity and change

Hi, I'm Liz. Dot Dot Dash is Morse code for the letter U, because whatever brings you here, it starts with you.

Why I founded Dot Dot Dash

For over twenty years I've worked in the Creative sector.

A career alongside people who care deeply about making a difference: leaders, educators, creatives, cultural professionals and purpose-led organisations. I've seen first-hand how easy it is to become overwhelmed, lose confidence or reach a point where something just doesn't feel right anymore. That's why I founded Dot Dot Dash.

I'm a mum of two, and I started this business just before lockdown, when my youngest was two. After redundancy, restructuring, losing a sense of myself and paying the passion tax, I quit to build something that actually fit: work that spoke to my values, my creativity and what mattered to me. In my work, I meet so many brilliant women who feel the same, who've lost sight of themselves while holding everything else together. That's who I built Dot Dot Dash for.

Clients often tell me they leave with greater clarity, renewed confidence and a sense of momentum, not because I've given them the answers (I wish I had them!), but because they've found them for themselves and they have the tools to take forward.

I don't believe in quick fixes or magic techniques . I believe the answers are already inside you, sometimes you just need space to slow down, think differently and find them.

So whether you're an individual looking for your next step, a team wanting to spark again or an organisation seeking meaningful insight...

Let's connect the dots, get out of the jam and fly.

Liz Helped me find confidence and clarity when exploring new paths and equipped me with the tools I needed to make a positive change.

Sometimes you're facing a career crossroads, sometimes your team needs fresh energy, sometimes your organisation needs space to reflect. Wherever you're at, my role is to meet you there, make sense of the complexity and turn reflection into action.

I love people, and I love helping them find work and a life that actually fits.

It’s not an understatement to say that my coaching sessions with Liz were really life changing.

What coaching with me feels like

  • Space to think - time that's completely yours, free from interruptions or judgement.

  • Better questions, not quick answers - thoughtful questions that help you see things differently.

  • Practical progress - insight matters, but action is where the change happens.

  • Creativity woven throughout  - visual techniques and reflective tools to explore ideas and think beyond words

  • Coaching that's built around you - every session starts with what matters most to you, not a fixed programme.

She is in a room with a table holding a laptop, water bottle, and some papers and markers. There are small potted plants and artwork on the floor against the wall.
Through all coaching sessions with Liz I have always been able to confidently move forward where I may have otherwise have hesitated.
